Shipping & Returns Policy
  1. Shipping

    LuxConex currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to do online overseas order at the moment. We ship our orders through EasyParcel and other carefully selected delivery service providers, especially for Door-step Deliveries.

    Please note that our products are only delivered within Singapore. Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Friday, between 9.30am – 5.00pm. 

    For your convenience, we also offer self-collection option. You can select your delivery option during check-out. If you are a lighting supplier, professional specifier etc., you may contact our sales team at contact@luxconex.com.

  2. Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates are only applicable for orders in Singapore. Shipping rates can be found under Shipping Info on E-commerce product page.

  3. When will my order be shipped?

    Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

  4. How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

    Please note that all goods will be subjected to 8% GST for all orders.

  5. Return Policy

    All items are sold in SGD currency.
    Once customers make a purchase, we do not accept return, exchange or refund. However we accept replacement shall the products are delivered to you with defects.
    Replacement can be done upon one-to-one exchange in by sending the goods to operating address stated above.

  6. Warranty

    Most of our lighting products are covered under a 2 or 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not apply to accessories. LuxConex may elect to provide repair of the damage items.
