Created by architects Frank Gehry and Peter Marino, Louis Vuitton celebrated the opening of its new Seoul boutique in the heart of Cheongdam-dong in October 2019. The front façade of Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul was inspired by the traditional Korean Crane Dance – Dongnae Hakchum. Gehry has referenced the “swooping movements and white costumes” of this traditional dance.
