Discover Cirua Wellness Club, a luxurious wellness destination inspired by Hanoi’s identity as the “City of Lakes.” Spanning 3,500 square metres, the club offers an immersive journey that seamlessly blends Vietnamese traditions, European thermal rituals, and Korean wellness culture into a contemporary expression of relaxation and rejuvenation. At the heart of the design, lighting plays a pivotal role in shaping the atmosphere, accentuating architectural forms, and orchestrating a multi-sensory experience that guides guests through moments of calm, restoration, and discovery.

SR® is proud to be involved with renowned design firm HBA | Hirsch Bedner Associates, the project’s interior designer and Light Directions, the project’s lighting design lead. Supporting their design vision, our SR® lighting solutions were thoughtfully integrated throughout the wellness spaces, delivering precise illumination that enhances the architectural narrative while creating a seamless sensory journey for every guest.

Our SR® Contour Light Fino is a versatile luminaire used extensively throughout the wellness club across a range of applications, from cove lighting and wall grazing to shelving illumination. With its sleek profile and flexible installation capabilities, Fino delivers refined indirect ambient illumination that casts a soft, elegant glow, complementing the tranquil atmosphere of the wellness spaces.
A more creative applications of Fino can be seen in one of the rooms. Recessed and positioned vertically close to the textured surface, our Fino allows light to skim across the wall’s ridges, revealing its three-dimensional texture through subtle highlights and shadows. This technique not only accentuates the materiality of the architecture but also creates a greater sense of height, making the space feel more expansive, refined, and immersive.

Another key area is the bathhouse, a contemporary interpretation of communal bathing culture featuring warm pools, cool plunges, saunas, and steam rooms. Here, our SR® SLM10T Submersible was utilized within the pool areas, providing a robust lighting solution designed to withstand immersion depths of up to 1.5 metres. Its submersible construction allows the luminaire to be discreetly integrated into the pool environment, delivering precise illumination that defines the pool perimeter while providing subtle visual guidance for guests.

At the pool steps, the lighting helps clearly reveal changes in depth, enhancing both visibility and safety. Aesthetically, the concealed illumination creates the impression that light is emerging from within the water itself.

Above the bathhouse at one of the sections we have used our SR® Contour Light Auras PX SPI RGB-W, each pixel can be controlled including chasing, flowing, pulsing, gradient and colour-transition effects allowing the lighting to evolve rather than remain static. These subtle movements of light create a captivating visual rhythm above the bathhouse, adding life and expression to the space while complementing its calm and immersive atmosphere. The gentle interplay of colour and movement is perfectly suited for high-end hospitality environments where atmosphere plays an essential role in the guest experience.
