Pullman Hotels & Resorts, Accor’s flagship high-end brand, has unveiled an innovative concept room designed to cater to the diverse needs of today’s travelers. Known as The Transforming Room, this high-tech, versatile space effortlessly integrates zones for work, conferences, socializing, exercising, and relaxation. The project stems from two years of research into consumer behavior, business traveler preferences, and cutting-edge design. Pullman plans to use these findings to shape its future rooms, revolutionizing the concept of hospitality and enhancing guest experiences. We are honored that acclaimed lighting design firm Socialight chose our SR® products—Contour Auras and Slim, along with Rynox—to illuminate this groundbreaking project.

Located at Pullman Singapore Orchard, this concept room showcases the brand’s innovative spirit, giving guests a unique preview of the design and advanced features that will shape future Pullman hotels. The Transforming Room features cutting-edge technology that lets guests personalize their environment at the touch of a button.

Upon arriving in The Transforming Room, guests scan a QR code to access the room’s high-tech controls. Through multi-sensory design, the app provides an immersive, personalized experience where all room functions can be customized. When it’s finally time to unwind, housekeeping unveils the custom-designed Murphy bed, while guests use the app to turn off the screen, close the blackout curtains, and activate the COMPOZ parfum module for sleep-inducing scents. In the morning, the curtains open at the touch of a button for a personalized wake-up experience. Throughout the day, guests can create custom scent playlists through the app to match their mood and activities.
