Bellewaters is a condominium located in Anchorvale Crescent, Singapore. It was once a thriving and prosperous port known for its fishing activities, the area has now transformed into a growing estate filled with exciting activities and developments for its residents.

In this success story, we feature a residential unit project led by 932 Design Group, showcasing their interior design works alongside ALPs as the lighting consultant behind the elegant lighting designs, The theme embraces a minimalist aesthetic, with a key lighting approach focusing on creating soft and balanced illumination throughout the apartment – The end result is a visually appealing setting. The even distribution of light enhances spatial clarity while maintaining a relaxed ambiance for the home owners and guests.

With the “minimalist” theme in mind, it is crucial for our lighting fixtures be concealed maintaining a clean visual environment, and our products do just that.

As we enter the main living room area, guests are immediately welcomed by the warm and inviting ambiance created by the light. Our EFlex contour light has been used for all of the ceiling cove lighting; it is completely dot-free, producing a soft, gentle glow. This provides seamless illumination without harsh glare. On the application side, it’s hassle-free—EFlex can be easily cut on-site without soldering, thanks to the latest plug-and-play accessories.

One of the most widely used SR® products in this project is our CONT V Fino, installed in the dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and study zones. The light provides uniform illumination with no dark spots, even at the terminals. It also features a 10mm ultra-slim profile, which perfectly complements the minimalist aesthetic of this apartment and integrates seamlessly into the overall architectural design. Additionally, the Fino’s 4cm ultra-small bending radius allows for easy adaptation to curved surfaces around the house and intricate design applications.

In the bedrooms track lighting has been used not only for its modern aesthetic but also for its practicality. With a clean and contemporary look, The SR® Pro T P10 series blends perfectly well with the theme. Adjustable heads with a 350° swivel and 90°degree angle allows for flexible light placement, making it easy to highlight specific areas like the bed, reading corners and picture frames.

Our choice for using SR® Ryko for downlighting is ideal for several reasons: Ryko has a wide range of beam angles, power options, and flux outputs to play around, it is versatile and can be customized to meet specific needs of the designer. Its sleek, recessed design maximizes ceiling height and maintains a clean, minimalist aesthetic—especially important in their kitchens and corridors, where headroom and design simplicity is key. Additionally, a unique feature of our SR® Ryko is the bottom-removable feature makes installation and maintenance quicker and easier.
